Can I watch activity live, like the old Hootsuite streams?
Yes. Live feeds are a main part of the app — add a feed for any account, keyword, or competitor, put them side by side, and they refresh as things happen.
Does it schedule automatically, or do I pick every time?
Both. Set your best posting times per network, drop content into categories, and the queue fills the slots. Categories can recycle a set number of times or run continuously.
How many accounts can I connect?
Up to your plan limit, spread across as many brands as you like. Agency covers 50 accounts, and larger setups of 100+ accounts run on custom limits with the same overview.
What happens when a post fails?
It moves to Failed posts with the network's error message, retries on a backoff, and notifies the owner and approver. A retry can never double-post — we check for duplicates again at the slot.
Do clients need a paid seat to approve?
No. Client review links need no login and work on a phone. Unlimited on Agency, three per brand on Pro.
Can we move over from another tool?
Import your scheduled posts from a CSV file, or connect the old tool for a one-time pull. Our team sets up the first brand with you on a call.
